Abstract

Sustainability became an important topic concerning the management of the supply chain. Therefore, this study aims to understand the determinant factors of the pressures, and environmental practices on the management of the sustainable supply chain, from the development of two measurement models: 1) pressures and 2) socio-environmental practices accomplished by the companies. The methodology was based on a survey application in processing industries of Minas Gerais state. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.
