BREVE ANÁLISE DA LEGISLAÇÃO DAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE EMPREGABILIDADE PARA PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA

Abstract
This article aims to describe and analyze the actions of public policies for employability for people with disabilities, actually in Brazil. Among the programs of employment and income, particularly Law n. 8.213/91 (BRAZIL, 1991), known as Law of Quotas, which establishes minimum percentage fraction of hiring people with disabilities for companies with more than 100 employees, as well as the Law n. 7.853 (BRAZIL, 1989) laying down general rules on rights of people with disabilities and, in particular, standards on accessibility. These laws are public policies in the process of inclusion of diversity in the workplace and will serve as a parameter let analysis proposed by the search.
