Clima organizacional: um estudo em uma empresa de telecomunicações

The objective of the study is to identify sales professionals’, consultants’ and market analysts’ perceptions concerning the organizational climate of a telecommunications company, a public telephone concessionary. The employees directly linked to the Director of Marketing and Services took part in this study. The organizational climate analyzed is based on the employee perception about seven factors in the following categories: conformance, responsibility, performance standards, rewards, organizational clarity, human warmth/support and leadership. Combining the theory of human motivation and the conceptual models about organizational climate, each category is analyzed according to the theory ofthe three motives/social needs: power, fulfillment and affiliation.
