Abstract
The paper pretends to review the consequences of the Radical Humanism analysis, in particular H. Marcuse works, from Frankfurt School, in the Criticai Theory of Organizations. According to the Radical Humanism phílosofical origins, some special analyses of Marcuse works were done about the repressive structure of ihe Industrial Culture and Society.The conclusion shows the influence of these analyses in the Study and Theory of Organizations.
