Abstract
Nobody is going to deny that the question of information will not be solved by a merely technological solution. Many a time, information is produced for nothing.
The health sector has survived through absent, insufficient and unsatisfactory ínformation, notwithstanding the huge machinery now available, or maybe even because of it and of its magnificent operators. No one is ignorant of the sector having to plan, execute, follow up and evaluate our health programs on the basis of precarious information, in quantity as well as in quality.Downloads
