Abstract
This paper is a theoretical discussion of the relation between the exercise of power and the use of authority by those in management positions in industrial organizations - specifically the eEO - and the employees' motivation to produce and their attitude towards their work and the company. In other words, it discusses how an "organizational culture" is formed and how it affects those that are pan of it.
