The myth of the administrative reason

Abstract
This study aims at drawing the attention to the "condemnation "to which organizational theories - while supreme reason of modernity - have been subjected by the instrumentary rationality. The avail of Greek mythology as an analogical element only strengthens the mythical character of organizational theories.
