The practice of social science research: a strategy for decision and action

Abstract
In view of the serious problem posed by the low level of productivity as concerns the research activity, due to the absence of criterion and experience in identifying significant issues, the authors decided to elaborate a strategy, for conducting research in the field of social sciences.
