Abstract
How is it that increasingly closer relationship between governmental machinery and the economy develops in the framework of the various countries?
In examining this problem, the author becomes acquainted with the great differences existing not only within the governmental machineries, but mainly in the socio-economic framework of each country, especially those in the first and third worlds.
