Methodological notes for a concept of a new Brazilian social policy

Abstract
These “methodological notes” intend to suggest an alternative way so as to overcome the serious economic and social problems of Brazil. In this sense, the proposal comprises two stages: in a short-term prospect, deploying a social policy (intending to restore economic growth with income distribution), based upon the housing policy. In the medium and long terms, implementing a Brazilian National Project involving all the adjustments direct or indirectly associated with the Brazilian people’s well-being. The project will
