Technology management in Brazillan organizations: in the stretch of competitivity or of the "high tech" game

Abstract
This article is an attempt to demonstrate that the conquest of an effective innovation and of the enlargement of international competitivity, in Brazilian organizations, is something viable, inasmuch as the management of contemporary technology has its resources adequately strengthened. For that, the study examines: a) the present approaches and exigencies on technology management in the organizations; b) technological apprenticeship as a strategy of innovation and competitivity for the organizations; c) inhibiting and reinforcing altitudes as concerns organizational apprenticeship; and d) empírical evidences on perspectives, limitations and potentialities of innovative management of technology in Brazilian organizations.
