Abstract
This article is in itself a warning against the danger that is the manipulation of mass media by small number of people with economic power especially in the realm of educational processes. The study conveys a recommendation to the Constituent Assembly: democratization of means of mass communication, ascribing to the majorities the right to control the channels, free from any State interference.
