Concepts of public enterprise in different socioeconomic systems

Abstract
The growth in role and importance attained by public enterprises in the social and economic expansion of developing countries has led the author to analyze the concept of public enterprise, calling his readers' attention to the fact that these entities may be established by entirely different motives, attempting the achievement of different goals, in view of the needs and the actual life experiences of the country where they have been instituted.
