Abstract

This paper presents a new organizational metaphoJ; under which companies are seen as essentially creative systemS. With such purpose, it seeks to understand the manifestations of creativity in the various leveis of human relationship: the individual, the interaction, the organization, the socie~ and the world. As a result, new meanings are attributed to organizational phenomena.
