A estrutura dos mercados de trabalho está passando por profundas trasnformações neste final so seculo XX, que se acentuam particularmente a partir dos anos 90. Como origem dessas mudanças constatam-se os movimentos de globalização da economia e flexibilização das estruturas empresariais.
