Learning organization and autopoiesis theory

Abstract
The concept of learning organization is rich in descriptions and implementation formulas, but has a poor theoretical foundation. According to this papel; howeveJ; it is possible that a new epistemology - the social autopoiesis theory - may become a more solid explanation for the nature of that concept.
