Time in organizations

Abstract
Based on studies initiated by Guerreiro Ramos encompassing the administrative phenomenon within the social sciences, this paper questions the concept of time and its perception in individual contexts and systems, as well as in productive systems, it concludes that it is necessary to build an organizational theory in which the idea of time can be re-evaluated and enriched by other temporal realities.
