Decision-making capacity in non-structured decisions: a proposal

Abstract
Starting from a new conception of organizational decision-making, the article advocates that the manager's decision-making capacity be developed along the lines of an enlargement of his perception, thus being necessary to work both the individual cognitive and affective dimensions, because they are inseparable.
